To live consciously has been an important principle throughout my entire Life.
I was born in Paris in 1967. I have always been highly intuitive and use this gift with compassion. In 1985, after completing a baccalauréat in Economics, I decided to pursue a career in the "Holistic Healing Field" to help others reawaken to the feeling of oneness within and with life. Alternative Medicine was rare in France at the time but, I had to follow my heart, trusting that life would unravel for the best which it did. For the first 3 years, in Paris, I studied Shiatsu and Energy Work with a Japanese Master: "Maitre Noro" and Hatha Yoga, with Chantal Pohu and Philippe Defalois from "La Federation Française de Yoga". My interest in the living food lifestyle started then too. I love raw food, thrive on it and find it the most balancing for my body, mind and spirit. Then, in 1988, I decided to move to the US to enrich further my healing career. I studied Yoga extensively with the Sivananda Center in New York (advanced level), then with Rodney Yee in CA (advanced level). Additionally, I became certified as a:
Holistic Practitioner, Health Educator, CMT (Certified Massage Therapist), Sport Massage therapist, CBT (Certified Bowen Therapist), Acupressurist, Acu-Yoga Teacher, Pranic Healer, TT (Certified Therapeutic Touch Therapist), Reiki Master for both people & animals, Spiritual Counselor, Biodynamic Psychology & Psychotherapy Therapist, TFT (Certified Thought Field Therapist), Energy Psychology Therapist, Living Food Lifestyle Coach, Raw Food Nutrition Specialist and Raw Food Chef.
Lastly, over the years, Life has been teaching me that being serene independently of the inner or outer turmoils is our true nature.
I am currently in the process of writing a book on: "How to creatively encourage kids to eat healthy and love our world."
For self care, I have been enjoying Qigong, Yoga and Meditation since 1985. As well as a variety of sports such as dance since 1970, trampoline, martial arts, running, hiking, kayaking, swimming, biking, skiing ...
I live peacefully and gratefully in Kensington, California with my beloved husband Patrik Rousselot and our wonderful young dog: Yoko. We enjoy an Eco.friendly & healthy lifestyle.
In
sessions, our delightful dog: Yoko brings comfort, love,
... to my clients.
